If you don’t hear back within 48 hours, please resend your request directly to our email indicated in right hand column.
Casa Mojanda accepts payments in Visa and Master Card with a 4.25% credit card company charge. Travelers’ checks and US dollars are cheerfully accepted.
The US dollar is the official currency of Ecuador, and there are numerous ATMs in the nearby town of Otavalo.

Let Us Help: If you are a reserved guest at Casa Mojanda, we will be glad to help you plan your trip and your itinerary while at Casa Mojanda and while in Ecuador. Upon request by email, we will send you up to date travel information on Ecuador including such matters as documents, health, airport tax, lodging, food, transportation and language. We welcome your questions!
Because last minute cancellations disproportionately affect small businesses such as ours, we request a deposit for advance stays, and full prepayment of your reservation at least one month prior to your stay whenever feasible. Deposits and prepayments are not refundable within 30 days of the reservation, except in cases of medical or other emergency, in which case a full refund will be made, minus administrative costs. If there is not one month’s time prior to your arrival date to mail us a deposit check (drawn on an Ecuadorian or a US bank only) before your arrival, we can accept a wire transfer; please inquire for wire transfer details.
