Casa Mojanda accommodations are in private adobe cottages with private bath and terrace, each with spectacular mountain views, and some with fireplaces. Included in our rates are a full breakfast and three course dinner.

Coffee and tea are complimentary throughout the day. Included are the use of our facilities including our mountainside hot tub, reading library, game room, video library, gardens, and a short guided hike to the waterfall (or tour of community projects if requested in advance). We will gladly assist guests in planning local activities, transportation and tours. Taxi transportation to and from Otavalo is always available at a current cost of $3/vehicle, each way. For groups and longer stays, additional discounts may be available; please inquire by email. Casa Mojanda welcomes family and friends' reunions, as well as conferences, yoga meditation and retreat groups. Please note that the following rates do not include the required IVA sales tax (12%) and 10% service, which is paid directly to our staff.

2008 double occupancy: $150 ($75 per person)

Triple occupancy or spacious quad occupancy - $60/person.

Single occupancy - $85 ($110 in peak travel seasons)

Children's special rate (ages 4 - 10) - $40. Please note that this rate applies to children rooming with at least one or two adults the paying double rate, or with three adults paying triple rate. Children under 4 are free and highchairs are available.

National rates - (for citizens & non-temporary residents of Ecuador) - $60/person in double occupancy. Single national rate - $65 - based on availability

Family dormitory rate (for 5 to 10 people): $50 per adult, $40 per child 4-10 years old.

Stay-for-a-week! The seventh day is complimentary! (This rate may not be available in peak travel seasons, which are from the 2nd half of June, July and August, and from mid-December until Easter, and may include certain holiday weekends)

Lunch option for Casa Mojanda guests: $10. Picnic lunches: $7

Lunches or dinners at Casa Mojanda for outside guests: $15 - including a short, guided hike or tour of community projects, if reserved in advance. Children's lunches available - $8 (10 years and under) Please note that lunch or dinner reservations required for non-guests.

Private Transfers to and from Quito and the airport: $65 including taxes - one to four persons. $75 for 5 persons. Rates include taxes. Please inquire about rates for larger groups.

Horse Tours: $25/two hour guided ride for house guests. Two riders or $50 minimum. Longer rides may be arranged, including a full day ride to the Mojanda lakes and overnight horse treks. Please inquire about rates for longer rides.

For day guests, the rate for the two hour trail ride is $35 and includes lunch.

Beginners' riding lessons for adults and children are available at $15/half hour.

Tours to the Mojanda Lakes are available with transportation and guide. The excursion may include climbing the non-technical peak of Fuya Fuya (4267 meters or 14,000 feet) at the guest’s option, or a long walk around the lakes. Two person or $50 minimum. Cost for tour: $30-per person including transportation, picnic lunch, and guiding for five hour excursion.

Two-seater Klepper kayak - may be rented for the Mojanda, San Pablo or Cuicocha lakes. Half day (four to five hours): $100 for two persons, including transportation to lakes, and $160 for full day.

Village artisan tours: With English speaking guide if requested. $35 per person, including tax. Minimum two persons or $60. Discounts for larger groups are available.

Guided mountain bike tours are available with moderate or downhill trails and expert guides. Please inquire and reserve in advance.

Massage at Casa Mojanda! Deep Hawaiian style or shiatsu massage: $35 per hour per masseuse. Tandem massage available - $70 per hour. Highly recommended.

Tours to Intag cloud forest are available with a knowledgeable local guide. Tour may include: birding, fishing, visit to hot springs, local community projects, with transportation and lunch provided. Advance notice required. Please inquire for rates and reserve in advance.

One day rafting tours on the Intag River are now being offered. This is a full day activity. Please inquire about rates, and reserve in advance.

Spanish classes, cooking lessons and salsa lessons may be arranged during your stay at Casa Mojanda. Please inquire in advance if you are interested.
